I saw some car has 2 license plate on it, I knew other plate is for mainland.

order to get other one,how much it cost n where I got to go?, is there some qualifications required?

Not 100% sure but if you are in HK and want a mainland licence plate, you will need to have business/factory in China to qualify, and then need to pay an amount to government.

I been travel inland west, middle east n south part of mainland china fr 3n 1/2 months with a car last year autumn n winter time, now im in hongkong n try to buy a car from here to travel northern part of mainland. I guess im not qualified to get mainland license plate at the begin with,..
