Status of multi entry China visa?

Anyone know if China is now issuing multiple entry visas again to Australians and British? They stopped before the Olympics and the prices went up, so have the prices gone back down to pre-Olympics levels and are they issuing multi entry visas now?

I applied for a multi entry for a Brit passport holder and am collecting it on Thursday.Dont know about prices but I know US and British passport holders pay the most for their visas - my last multi cost me around $900 or so
