Does anyone know if there is a company in HK providing some part time drivers (with car) for just a short time (Bring back the children from school to home, about 45 mns).

I know there is such company for the helpers (merry maid or sthg like this).

Don't know of any company, but drivers don't have to be foreigners, you can get a local driver working part-time legally, whereas with a foreign driver you'd have to sponsor the visa.
