my baby is 2 months old. she usual takes 130-140 mL at each feeding. for the past week, she's been really fussy at meal times. in the beginning, we've somehow figured out that she likes to eat sitting in her rocker rather than being held. but now even the rocker doesn't seem to do the trick. so on average she'll eat about only 100 mL at each feeding more or less.
i thought perhaps she's not well or she has a sore or something in her mouth or throat. but she'll drink water so it can't be that.
can anyone tell me why? is this a normal phase for her to go through? is it the formula?

I would doubt it's the taste of the formula if that is the only one she has know. She could very well be going through a growth spurt. Both mine went through around the 6-8 week mark. Perhaps don't offer water so she goes for the milk, there is no nutritional value in the water.
Often babies go "off" their milk. Is the putting on weight? If not and the lack of feeding is continues for a day perhaps a trip to the clinic nurse may help.
Good Luck.

it's only been happening for a week so i dunno if it's affecting her weight. she hasn't lost any yet! hahahaha.
i dun usually give her water, i just wanted to try to see if she was feeling pains in her mouth or not.
