We're invited to a "chinese" bbq party, i want to bring something, what food should i bring? i know they usually have meatballs, squid balls, even bread. I'm thinking of bringing pasta but it might be "messy" to eat. Please help. Thanks.

Fruit salad for dessert?

The best response I've ever had to any food I've shared at an asian bbq have always been my own style of cooking, my own western specialties. I've baked bread, made apple slice with homemade shortcrust, flans, salads, whatever you're good at, and anything that will compliment the other dishes.
