I go to hair party on Caine road. About 5 mins from escalator, they are fab and it costs $43! They set it how you like. Ask for louis.
They also do great opi mani pedis for 200!

But these cheap places are not very clean and hygenic -- the towels, hair brushes, etc... Also the shampoo-conditioner may not always be of good quality.
What do you do about that?? Do you carry your own towel/comb/shampoo etc??

I dont know the exact address, but if you turn right from the escallator ( going up), towards bohnam road, stay on the Cafe O side... cross the road, until you get to Park and Shop, it is opposite, next to KODAK and a doggie parlour...
