What do you think? For starters, do you think Lung King Heen at Four Seasons deserves that 3-star rating?

I bought the book. Not impressed. Its mostly the high end restaurants,

and spends more time describing the atmosphere etc. rather than the food.

In my opinion, Food description is minimal and poor .For example, in one

section it reads "sharks fin dumpling with kim wah ham stock". The description is minimal'

you'd get more from a Lonely Planet book. There is no mention of each restaurant's signature dish which would have been useful, and not much culinary description .Thats my opinion

or "The romantic ambience is enhanced with a red candle on each table" Duh!!!!!

If you speak to locals, they will tell you that a lot of places serving excellent food have been left out.

Is it primarily for restaurants in hotels and malls? I was at Harbour City and they were saying they had several Michelin rated restaurants there.

I'm a bit surprised that Tin Heung Lau (Austin Rd. TST) and The Verandah (Peninsula Hotel) are not on the list.....
