We would like to do some volunteer work over the holidays & we want to have our son help...distributing toys, helping feed the less fortunate, etc. I can't find a place to do this...but I find it hard to believe that opportunities aren't out there! Can anyone help?!

AGENCY FOR VOLUNTEER SERVICE Tel. 2527-3825, www. avs.org.hk matches individuals to organizations.
CHI HENG FOUNDATION Tel. 2517-0594, www.chfaidsorphans helps people with HIV/AIDS giving support to them and their children.
HO-SUM ORGANIZATION Tel. 2549-2010 has a website with ideas on volunteering. See their website, www.ho-sum.org.
Otherwise I would suggest contacting some of the local religious organizations such as St. John's Cathedral.
