Question for HK Surfers..how to get my board to Tai Long Wan?

Hey.

I have a 7'6" board, it won't fit into a taxi for the ride to Wong Shek Pier. Does anyone know of a "man with a van" who has authorisation to drive all the way into the park, to at least get me as far as the Wong Shek Pier?

Need to get my board out there so I can practice my surfing....

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Take it by sampan from Sai Kung maybe.

You could buy a smaller board for the same money a sampan from Sai Kung to Wong Shek pier would cost.


MNH, sorry can't help with your problem but the surf in Wong Shek Pier is non-existant. You want to get to Tai Long Sai Wan even Long Ke and Pak lap beaches have good surf this time of the year

i think he wants to take the sampan service from Wong Shek Pier to Tai Long Wan, not surf at Wong Shek Pier...
