Staying IN Hk for a month, didn't want to pay 120/day at the hotel. Is there a short term ISp provider that offer cheap access ? Thks.

You should check out PCCW's Netvigator. Seems they have a pre-paid or pay-as-you-go plan for wifi use. Might work for you.
