You should ask the pedia's office specifically about your insurance and if you're baby's covered. Most pedias we've been to don't, and you pay A LOT. That's just how most things go here in HK. Also, the pedia usually has separate charges for consultation and for treatment/shots/medicine.

just for ur reference. for my baby's shots i paid $6900 for a package 'deal' from 6 weeks to 1.5 years. it includes the regulary developmental assessments (growth, physical and developmental) and as for shots:

5 in 1 (DTPa - IPV + Hib)

6 in 1 (DTPa - IPV + Hib + HBV)

MMR Immunization

Chickenpox Vaccine

Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine



things like this are crazily expensive in hk.
