Can anyone recommend any good toy shops in LoWu Commercial Centre? Is it possible to get cheaper lego, Dr Who and Ben 10 toys around there?

Not really - Toys'r'us just opened in Overseas Chinese Town, (towards Nanshan district) and they have lego (expensive) and an immitation lego, (still expensive, but not as much). As for Wal-Mart and teh various department stores, you can find some toys, but if you are buying for young children the range is limited. In places like LWCC I wouldn't trust the quality or reliability at any price.
