crystal88, I have also used Icatering's services, and found them to be the greatest value for quality in Hong Kong. Chef Cedric bends over backwards to make sure every detail is taken care of with grace. You can find their website at www i-cater1ng com and if I'm not wrong, they now have a deli in Mui Wo.
