Just Googled it for the specs and shows you've basically got a business pc. It does however have a basic video card (ATI's PCI Express Radeon X300 w/128MB). Depending on the games you want to play, you might want to buy a better performing graphics card in order to get better graphics and frame rates. Also you should upgrade the RAM since it only comes with 512MB.
As for sound card, that should be built in to the motherboard and directx can be downloaded for free.

The graphics card is simple and easy to install/uninstall. Turn off and unplug the pc power cord, open up the case, take out old graphics card and keep safely in case you need it as spare, insert new graphics card that's it. Power up your pc and it will find the new hardware installed, follow instructions and happy gaming!
