Yap, I recently experience this kind of thing too! mine even worst, my whole body aching, my head is spinning, it looks that I got into a bad flu! but when my period came, it stops. It happened again this month!

It's quite common. I suffer the same thing and have done for many years. It's your hormones fluctuating. I was put on the pill for this reason when I was about 17, but because I suffer migraines, I couldn't stay on as it increased them.
I suggest you see your GP, there are hormone creams that can regulate the intense hormone fluctuation.
