I assume you want the videos up there sooner rather than later. If not, then do your parents have a dvd player? If so, you could express post a dvd to them to watch. I would get there by christmas.
We have a blog site and my husband uploads small videos onto our blog site. That is how we keep everyone up to date with the happenings over here. It seems pretty simple and all your parents will have to do is go to your blogsite and click on the image and there you go.
Not sure what the limit is but I can find out.

You could always use Windows Movie Maker. It's either already installed on your machine (assuming you're using Windows), or it's a free download from Microsoft. I've used it before, and it seemed nice and easy.
