About a year ago I found a fabulous recipe in a local HK paper for a mulled red wine cocktail--using ginger liqueur. Cannot find the recipe again! Anyone know the source or have the recipe?

I am based in Shanghai, so don't know if this helps. But we have available in foreign supermarkets here the Kotanyi (an Austrian exporter of spices) brand. One is a packet of spices for "Mulled Wine". If you can find this, great. I made it with a dry red wine, and it came out great!
