The Clarin's Spa at the Peninsula used to be great. With the lunch by the pool side and other stuff being part of the day spa experience. You may want to check it out.
I agree, a day away from the normal daily routine is the best gift for a mom of three, with a little baby.
By what you write, I don't think she is that much into diamonds, but as a X'mas gift you can get her a pretty gold bracelet or a pendant. Gold is in this season, and yellow gold looks good in winters, especially a larg-ish pendant for an evening out. Try Emphasis jewelery on Queen's Road Central.

Why don't you buy her a nice shawl for going out in the evening. Better than a coat and it could be quite expensive given the quality and design and of course the BRAND.

Just because your wife doesn't have pierced ears doesn't mean jewellery is out. They still make earrings for non-pierced ears, don't they? Then there are necklaces, bracelets and brooches. Don't worry about a necklace just because you have a baby - buy your wife a beautiful necklace that she will only wear when you take her out somewhere nice!

Coming from a mum point of view, a night away (by myself) at a hotel with a massage and just get room service, good book or dvd, whichever i feel like at the time and a FULL NIGHT SLEEP!!! Even better, I wake up and get out of bed when I want, not when the children want.
If your baby is breastfeeding, could you do an expressed feed?

Agreed with idavy. Plenty of other options to earrings for pierced ears. Nice bracelets can be REALLY nice.
And hey, just because she's a stay at home mum doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy dressing up, either! She may be a wife and mum, but she's still a woman! Jimmy choo high heals (or any other nice stuff of the kind) would be very nice to go on the special outings you'll tag along with (hehe indeed!) and parties...

i reckon the day spa is a winner and the night away from home also! i would book those! also a nice pair of shoes/clip on earrings or a handbag for when she goes out with you or her friends!

There's such a thing as too much bling? I have lots of rings but rarely wear more than one at time, I switch around depending on my mood and what I am wearing. Eternity rings are nice with stone to represent each child.

I have to agree with neenib, a night away by myself would be Heaven!!!! - no kids - no waking up in the middle of the night, no feeding. A friend of mine did this recently and said it was fantastic to be able to not think about anyone but yourself. To be able to have a bath in peace, be able to slob on the bed and watch T.V.

I would love a day out at sea sailing around Sai Kung and have a seafood lunch served on the boat. Is it possible to get someone to baby sit for a few hours or if the kids aren't too rowdy, why not take them along? That way, mummy won't have to keep ringing every hour to see how things are going. The weather has been great lately so this may be an option.
