i came across a place called Eat Right in SOHO and they provide a service of tailoring a diet to meet your weight goals and then I garther they make and deliver the meals designed in your program to your home or office - ie: food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. the food they serve in the cafe is very good, and they have the calories for each meal on the menu, and i would like to try the tailored option, but i think you need to commit to one month so wanted to see if anyone has tried it, is it value for money...and does it get boring after a few weeks?

Hi
I have tried it, and have been really happy with results. they have a much bigger menu for members. I have spoken with a few people around and they have a good reputation. I def didn't get bored, there was lots of variety. I actually saved money because I have stopped wasting food that I buy and end up throwing out.

i joined up for the eat right program in dec - results were so great (not to mention that they deliver the food to you so no excuses) that I decided to do it in jan as well. if you want to lose a few kilos after xmas and need some help, it's definitely worth a try.

Before I get too excited about this and email them direct - does anyone have an idea of how this works....is it a set monthly fee - regardless of what you order? Can you order just lunch and dinner or do you have to get the full day menu? Will they deliver out to the NT or is this service just reserved for Central and Mid-levels folks?
Cheers for any info....

Best to give them a call, martin is the person to contact about the food program. everything depends on what you want. everyone joins for a month, but you can vary the number of days etc. Good luck, def worth a try.
