I've lost my battery charger when I moved house and I'm in desperate need of getting a new one before the holidays.

Can anyone tell me if they know where I could purchase one??

Several stores that sell this camera so firstly you could always go to stores that sell Canon products. Secondly Canon have a good HK website in English with contact details. Contact them and find out who will carry spares.

Go to Stanley Street in Central and try the various camera stores there. A good one is Mirama Camera on 25 Stanley Street.
