How to watch TV on LCD

I've a LCD monitor with VGA input only. Can I buy a special box where I can put UHF/VHF and Composite Video/Audio in to connect the VGA and then watch TV or from my dvd player?


I think there is but I don't know what I'm looking for here. Any direct links would be helpful. Thanks!

What's the quality like on these things? I'm not expecting HDTV quality, just as long I don't get lots of flicker, I'll be happy with that.

Sorry, does the box support RCA or Svideo out to VGA/SVGA (to the monitor)?
