You could always go to the wheelchair clinics at the Public Hospitals i.e Prince of Wales and ask their advice as what is most suitable.
You also need to look at our easy they are to old up if you need to put them in the car.

They have sizes 16" & 18" so I guess 16" will be suitable for this person as his weight is only 90 lbs. and I would suggest you buy the wheelchair make from aluminun which is so much lighter to carry on and off vehicles. Good luck!

Is it for long term use. or short term? If its long term i.e years you'd be better off getting one made to size. We get our sons done at the Spastics Society, on the 16th (I think) floor of a commercial building in Fo Tan, But you'd be looking at at least $10k, for one of those. There are many shops around that sell standard wheelchairs for around $2k or so.
