Can anyone help - I can access most websites except for hotmail. Any ideas on how to sort this problem out?

need more info. is this at work behind a firewall? at home using your own PC? do you have the security set to HIGH, or parental control turned on?

security isn't set to high nor is parental control turned on - still can't access hotmail on my laptop. Any ideas?
