There are some children's TV programs in the States that I would like to be able to view in Hong Kong. Are there any Internet devices that allow someone sitting in HK to watch programs being broadcast in the States (other than the Slingshot)? What hardware would I need and would it be compatible with PCCW Netvigator broadband? Thanks.
