Has anyone here bought one or had one made in HK? I'd looked at some websites based in US and you needed to buy in bulk. Any info would be appreciated.

u can rent from Victoria Uniforms. i rented my grad gown from them but i saw they also have kiddie gowns. give them a try, they are in Prince Edward
