Hi. we have installed this filter system about 1.5 years back before our first child was born. we think it's good and no problem so far. we drink straight from the filter water (no boilding require accordingly) and use it to boil water for our child to mix his milk powder, etc. for our child, we boil the water before giving him, but i remember seeing the vcd provided that they can drink straight from the filter water. he is now 1.5 years old, so may be in times, i will do that.
there is 6 filters in the system, but so far, only need to change 2 of them. it's convenient, i just called up any dealer, and they will come to change the filter. of course, need to pay for the filters.

My inlaws have been using the Diamond for about 5 yrs now and have no problems with it. They drink straight from filter water tap and we plus our children (7yrs & 2yrs) do they same when we visit.
Like wounwounbee mentioned, it is very convenient when the filters need
changing. I think my inlaws bought the Diamond on a 5 yr package or something similar where the filters were included in the price.
We're seriously thinking about getting rid of our watsons water bottle and changing to the Diamond soon.
