There is an outlet shop on Luard Road in Wan Chai opposite Southorn Playground selling all sorts of cashmere clothing. Price depends on quality - I bought a thick sweater for under $500.

Himalaya cashmere in TST - not sure what the name of the shopping centre is but it is next door to the Shangri-La. Very good prices.

Hi thank you for all your inputs. Thought i shld input some info too. I happened to pass by Sincere Sheung Wan today and bought some very good quality 100% cashmere polo neck. Prices started from HK$600 (Made in China) and HK$1,000 up (made in Italy).
