Playgroup in Causeway Bay

Hello,


My daughter is nearly six months and due to her increased interest in her surroundings, I feel we should take her to some playgroup, otherwise she'll just be bored at home.


Montesorri is just down the road. I wondered if anyone has any other suggestions nearby... whether it's an informal group, or a proper kindy...

my friend once suggested methodist church...went to check it out really nice but i found it too far from my place ...you can check it out...its on the corner of kennedy road before the wan chai market...i don't remember the proper address....can find out for you....you can choose twice or thrice a week...

try Baby Buddies in Tin Hau (you can look it all up on the internet). both my children went there and they absolutely loved it! Baby Buddies take children from 6 months - you shoudl definitely try it bu do so ASAP as they always have a waiting list!


Also, St John's Cathedral have a helpers / baby playgroup every Tuesday afternoon which cost $30 which includes a refreshment. My helper has been there to with my children and they love playing there with otehr children. It's in a hall (not in the cathedral) and there are lots of toys the children play with!


You can also look at PPA PreSchool Palygroups Association which has playgroups too. You can look them up on the internet too. My kids have gone there and yes, they loved it there too!!!


I guess the main gist of this is that kids love going out whether it to be a school, playgroup or just to play with other children! Enjoy! It won't be long before they won't want to go out but would prefer to stay in on the PC or play PC games!!!
