I generally walk everywhere I can. I always wear trainers and walk walk walk. More recently I've been walking from Admiralty to Pok Fu Lam . . . then Tai Koo Shing to Central. I think rather than finding a particular route just walk as much as possible. Just make sure you wear the shoes that allow the walking distance. . .


General rule. Try and walk first thing in the morning. Dont eat before, drink alot of water! Dont eat after you work out too. Wait about one to two hours then eat. The weight should drop off easily!


Remember 30mins is good amount five days a week.
