Hello
I m planning to stay for 2 month this summer in Vancouver or nearby,We are a family of 4 and would like to rent a 2 bedrooms place furnished in a nice area.

For accommodation the entire city relies on Craigslist. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/hhh/
It's a good place to start - especially to get a good feel for prices etc.
There are a number of rental agencies but they charge a big markup, so try your luck first with Craigslist.
If you have kids and want to be somewhere that's safe, lots to do in walking distance and nearby to the beach I'd suggest Point Grey or Kitsilano.

Two Months in Vancouver:
For a short term rental and furnished, you are restricted to only a few areas in Vancouver -- the majority of suites are in the West End, Downtown, and Coal Harbour. Most nice furnished suites are managed and command a hefty mark-up. A 2-bedroom in Coal Harbour will cost you 2000-2500 per month CDN. Alternately, by using Craigslist as mentioned or the classifieds in a community paper like the Westender, you may find a sublet for two months almost anywhere in Vancouver, which will be a cheaper option and are quite common in summer. Just don't smoke or have pets.
