Hi dadda, there's an inspection fee about 500 ( I forgot how much) but if you kept the receipt, then it should be free. You will only have to pay if Nokia replaced some parts on your phone. They will inform you before hand if you agree with the price.

i suppose it depends on what you tell them???? if it's under a year old then it's under guarantee.
my daughter bit my phone last year and the screen wnet black - took it to nokia in cwb. they were efficient but had no replacement screens in stock so it took a couple of weeks. because the phone was under a year ol it was all free. they didn't even ask me how it happened. sometimes the repair can take an hour....
it all depends. also, unless you get there right on the open, be prepared to wait a while before you're seen. i think i had to wait 20 mins or so, but it is efficient and orderly. take your receipt if you still have it.
