Actually there was a very good report in the SMCP a few weeks ago regarding this very subject. Different countries require different import vaccinations & blood test From what i can remember the blood test has to be done 6 months prior to your dog leaving for (Britain, Australia , New Zealand) Others just ask for a simple health certificate. Britain has just tighten it's law current regulations stipulate that the animal must be vaccinated within the past year and must have passed a rabies antibody test at least six months prior to their arrival in Britain. However if your dog's rabies boosters are kept up to date (every three years in Hong Kong) One" pass" will be valid for a lifetime. Hope this helps
good luck
