We have the above machine and copied all of our CD's to it using SONIC STAGE on our old computer in the UK. We did not bring our CD's with us when we can to HK and now need to backup the music files on the player before going on holiday.
However, Sonic Stage will transfer only the song names but NOT THE MUSIC to our current computer. The error message says the files were generate on another computer so it won't do it.
Can anyone help on how to get over this error as we urgently need to back up these files before we go away in case we loose the player or its gets stolen as we don't have the CD's anymore!!!
