I have a couple of problems and would love some input.
1. Voice quality is HORRIBLE most of the time. It sounds like the line is breaking up and I literally cannot have conversations. Can anyone shed some light on this?
2. I can't get email to work. I have a netvigator account.

If your cellular network is PCCW, you need to set your "APN" to "PCCW" for data access to work. No username or pw needed for PCCW. I assume similar settings are needed for other networks. This shows how to set the APN: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2283
