Sorry some chinese traditional thing for a wedding -

I would like to have the whole pig to be seen for the dinner. skinned, so people just eat the crispy skin.

I have contacted some places they would chop off the entire pig and place the pieces on the plate for serving.

Anyone can give me some suggestion? Thanks.
