Please can someone guide me to road side rules for cycling in non cycling area like kowloon or HK . Or just advice me so that i dont get a ticket for riding my bicycle along the road. I did not get any thing useful from transportation department weblink. Is it allowed or do i need some kind of permit to ride bicycle in kowloon
