Someone help please! I need to give my husband a sandwich everyday but he is not allowed to have cheese by his doctor. Eggs he likes sometimes only Mayo he doesnot like. Sometimes I give hash brown sandwiches. So in toto I give either egg or hash brown. Tomato sandwiches he doesnot like. Also we are vegetarian with an occasional egg.

Any kind of ideas are welcome.

Marmite? Peanut Butter?

also, try different types of bread - pitta, wraps (like these http://www.mountainbread.com.au/cgi-bin/index.pl - which you can get in Great and a few other places) or tacos with veggie chilli and salad? Veggie sausages in a bun with salsa or bbq sauce?

Does it have to be a sandwich? - there's so much you can pop in Tupperware that can make do for great lunches.

well.. u can try some of these sandwiches.. here are some fillings:

- combine cream cheese and finely sliced spring onions (good for light sandwich or topping on biscuits)

- mix mayo, salt, pepper and grated cucumber.

- mix chopped boiled potato, chopped green chili (for lil spice), chopped onions, salt and pepper. (u can use sandwich maker so the filling will be stuffed in)

- mix chopped boiled potato, grated carrot, grated cabbage, apple, salt, pepper, mayo and lemon juice (optional) - (use sandwich maker will be good)

- grated cheese, coriander leaves chopped, green chilli chopped, onions, mayo and lemon

- boiled egg mixed with mayo, add salt and pepper.

if u dont have sandwich maker, its alright. just wrap the s/w carefully so the stuffing wont fall out..

guys try it.. surely ull enjoy.. let me know how it is :)
