What? You have to appear at court within a month? I don't envy you! In fact, you need more optimism and hope than you can reasonably muster.
A divorce case in China needs a lot of preparation! You can't go to court without a lawyer. A lawyer isn't cheap.
Before a court accepts a petition for a divorce there must be cogent and compelling reasons for the petitioner to seek such a fatal and final decision. If you are the accused then your chances are pretty bad without legal representation.
