i was working as domestic helper for 7 years in hk now i marry with hk citizen in hk i change my visa status to residence visa one year ago total i stay in hk 8 years, 7 years DH visa and now with residence visa almost one year can i apply permanent residence in hk

It's not a different case. FDH visas do not contribute towards the 7 years residency required for PR. So the OP needs to stay another 6 years in the marriage and can then apply for PR.
