Yes, there is one club called "bgc Stormy Dragons" near Stanley. They have an open day this Saturday 21st Feb, any time between 10am-2pm. They also have a great website www.stormydragons.com.hk. The information on where they are is on the website to. They are a great team, well worth having a go.
