A friend introduced me to dow miew (pea shoot leaves) when out to lunch..love it! Have tried to cook it at home with little sucess....it looked simple enough...the leaves some garlic, but every time I try something seems to be missing...

Does anyone have a good recipe for how to cook dow miew (more specifically dow miew with garlic)?

sprinkle a little corn/potato starch on at the end to bind the flavour to the veg?

Try this traditional method.

1. Shallow fry few whole garlic in a pan.

2. Add chicken stock and bring to boil.

3. Add dow miew and thousand old eggs/duck egg. Simmer until just tender and serve.
