Make your way to Sham Shui Po and go to the Capital Computer Plaza. It's on Un Chau Street, which is one street up from the Golden Centre.
It's 3 floors of mainly shops selling 2nd hand computers and parts, also repair shops for desktops and laptops. I'm sure you will find everthing you need there. Shops don't open till around 1pm till 8pm or 9pm.
