Is there such a thing ? I know about cards but are figures available too ? Anywhere in Hong Kong I can purchase them ?

Try 188 Centre on 188 Wan Chai Road. It has several shops with this kind of stuff.

some of the stalls on temple street ,arket and stanley used to sell them. don't know how widely available they are now as they don't seem to be as popular anymore.
