I would like to get a treasure chest for my son, something big enough to store toys. It would be great if it looks nice, as I would put it in the living room.

Anybody know where to get one, or get one made?

Art Deco do them. I have seen them in the store at Ocean Terminal.

You could also buy one of the cheap ones at IKEA and paint it together with your son.

i have got a couple of chinese trunks from Ap lei chau stores - one is red with the chinse buterfly motive on them another is sort of red with chinese children playing motive - love them and they were not expensive. Also i like the fact that they are not too "kiddy" and i can use them for storage in bedrooms later
