HELP!! Where to get certified copies of academic transcripts??

Anyone knows where in HK that I can get copies of my academic transcipt certified??


The form requires me to get a justice of peace or solicitor to do that... where can i find a justice of peace??


I know in oz some places do it for free, is there anywhere i can do it for free in hk??

i went to the home affairs and was the commissioner of oaths, not sure if that's the same as getting the doc certified. Just waiting on reply now!
