Hi all,

I'm moving to Sai Kung for a few months and need internet access while I'm there.

Does anyone know what the wireless situation is in Sai Kung? More specifically, are there any wireless hubs that I can log into without having to register for one of the 2-year contracts the phone companies are trying to sell me?

Hey PC,

Thanks for the tips. I've found that the PCCW wireless is the way to go. You can get the monthly plan for 48 dollars, or 20 hours for 20 dollars. They have a USB modem service that works off the cellphone network, but you need to sign up for a long commitment or buy the modem outright for HKD1300 (with a 12-month contract).

Land line is always a way to go, but it depends how long you'll be in one place. :)
