Hi...I may be taking a 7.5 hour flight to Singapore by myself with a 4-5 week old baby. I intend to buy a baby sling so i have free hands to handle immigration checkin/out.

any advice on what i should look out for when purchase a baby sling? is an adjustable strap better than a non-adjustable strap? how about material? width of the sling matter or standard size? I live in Singapore now, where would you suggest i purchase this sling and how much will it cost?

a sling is a good idea, but when u pass through security, they will make u take the baby out of the sling. so better get one that is easy to put on and off.

non-adjustable sling is bette for newborn baby. usually the size of non-adjustable depends on the height of the mother. You may find sling from www.mamabbshop.com Their price is reasonable. I saw comments from other forum said it's good. They also accept overseas order.
