I am not joking, my uncle was a police inspector in the 80's and and Simon was his boss in the Yau Ma Tei station. This guy lost so much that he stole money from the safe in station to support his vices. Eventually got caught, served time in jail and ended on the streets. It was all over the news when this happend.
