Not sure if anyone can advise on this. We have a dispute with a cleaning company in HK. Our apartment windows were scratched(badly) by a maid and now they are refusing to take any responsibility. We have contacted the owner on a couple of occasions to discuss this issue and each time are met with denial. Can we take this to a small claims tribunal?, if so what is the proper procedure?

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated
