I saw packs of plastic ones in Park & Shop (Silverstrand) this week. I can't remember the exact price but they were cheap as chips.

Sorry, I've just re-read your post. For some reason I thought you were after plastic wine glasses, hence my reply! Those ones in P&S would only be useful for something very casual, like a beach BBQ.

You could try Shanghai Street, Mong Kok, they have all the catering shops and cooking utensils. Very cheap ranging from plain to fancy.
